I highly recommend studying in Figura. This school is meticulously managed by Sanne van Tongeren who is a brilliant sculptor and teacher. Her extensive knowledge and experience in teaching as well as her attentiveness to each and every student are making this school superb in every respect. I’m participating now in the Anatomy & Ècorché workshop given by Per Elof Nilsson Ricklund who is an amazing painter, teacher and anatomist. The anatomical knowledge gained by Per Elof has given me a deeper understanding of what is underneath the skin which is relevant to sculpting and a sound sense of how the structure of the human body determines the gestures. It definitely improved my observation skills and I’m very satisfied. This workshop has exceeded my expectations!

Ik neem deel aan een fantastische cursus écorché bij Figura Culture (Sanne van Tongeren). Een goede cursus waarbij kennis wordt overgedragen in een gezellige sfeer. Ervaring met boetseren is echt wel nodig om deze workshop te volgen.
